Online
Click on "add to cart". After you have added your first item to your shopping
cart, you will have the opportunity to add more items to your cart by clicking
on "Shop for More Items". When you're done shopping select shipping, click on
"Proceed to Payments button at the bottom of the shopping cart screen, and complete
the ordering information. You will have the option of registering or checking
out anonymously.
Please check your shipping information carefully. We are not responsible
for lost packages due to an address error on your end. If the package is returned
to Visu Medical, Inc., you will be asked to pay the shipping cost again. If
it is an error on our part, we will ship the package out at no cost.
Credit Card details are collected using a SSL secured server using 128 bit
encryption so your privacy is protected. If you accidentally type your credit
card information incorrectly you will be instructed to re-enter your credit
card information again. Please allow at least 2 minutes to re-submit the corrected
credit card information.
Fax Order
You can print your shopping cart screen and then fax your order to
1-800-494-1340. Be sure to include your credit
card information with the order. Please make sure to include your shipping
charges as well.

Payment Methods
Prices are in US Dollars.
Credit Card
We accept Visa and MasterCard and Discover cards worldwide. If placing a
mail order, please send your credit card information including expiration date
and billing address (where the bank that issues your card sends your statements)
along with your order and shipping address. If your credit card is declined,
please double check your that the address you have entered matches the address
where you receive your credit card bill. If your address matches correctly and
you are still unable to order, please contact your bank and let them know of
the situation.
American Express cardholders: we no longer
accept AMEX. You can use your AMEX card through PayPal or Google Checkout.
Each one only takes a few minutes to setup.
PayPal
You can pay with your PayPal account at the time of purchase. If you
do not wish to pay with PayPal, you can open an account for free at
http://www.paypal.com.
Google Checkout
You can pay with your Google Checkout account. A Google Checkout Account
is similar to a PayPal account. It allows you to pay with your Google
ID at thousands of stores across the web. If you don't have a Google Checkout
account you can open one for free at http://checkout.google.com
Check
US residents or companies can send a check payable to VisuMedical.com. Companies
and individuals outside of the US can send a check issued from a US bank in
US dollars. Company checks from established US businesses and organizations
are processed within 3 business days or sooner. Personal and small business
checks will require 2 weeks to clear before orders will be processed. An additional
charge of $30 will be assessed for checks that do not clear.
Money Order
Money Orders are accepted in US funds drawn on a US bank made payable to
VisuMedical.com. Postal Money Orders (available at your local post office) will
only be accepted from USA, Canada, and Japan customers payable in US Dollars.
Purchase Order
We do accept purchase orders from universities, government organizations
and large business entities! To complete a purchase order simply fax your purchase

Kansas Residents
Online Orders: Prices include local
sales tax for Kansas residence and businesses.
Mail Orders: Please add tax to
your order. Our shopping cart will calculate this for you.
Telephone Orders: We will assess
local sales tax on all telephone orders.
Shipping
USA (Domestic)
Although we sometimes ship USPS or UPS, most orders are shipped via FedEx
. Please include a street address since UPS does not deliver to Post Office
Boxes.
Postage is calculated by the shopping cart.
If you are in need of an Overnight or 2nd Day Air Order, please contact us
to make sure the specific product is available for delivery within your time
frame. Our cutoff time for rush order is 11:00 am Mon-Fri.
Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase you have the following
options:
return it within 15 days of receipt, in brand new saleable condition,
and your money will be refunded except for shipping and handling charges.
return it within 30 days of receipt, in brand new saleable condition,
or exchange it for an item of equal or less value (some restrictions apply).
You will be refunded. A 15% restocking fee will be applied.
return items after 30 days and a 30% stocking fee will be applied to
any credits.
Any items shipped to you via FREE SHIPPING OFFER will have a $15 deduction
to your refund.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 45 DAYS.
IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED IN LESS THAN NEW CONDITION, YOUR RETURN WILL BE REJECTED.
ITEMS RETURNED DAMAGED WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO YOU, AT YOUR EXPENSE.
A damaged product must be reported well with in 7 days of receipt. You are
responsible for shipping the returned items in all cases except for damaged
products, where we'll reimburse you for shipping.
Sorry, we do not accept returns on opened
videos and a few selected titles. As with industry standard, we do not accept
returns for most software titles.
Please contact us immediately if you have a damaged product or need to make
a return.
