If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase you have the
following options:
- return it within 15 days of receipt, in brand new saleable condition, and your
money will be refunded except for shipping and handling charges.
- return it within 30 days of receipt, in brand new saleable condition, or exchange it for an item of equal or less value (some restrictions
apply). You will be refunded. A 15% restocking fee will be applied.
- return items after 30 days and a 30% stocking fee will be applied to any credits.
- Any items shipped to you via FREE SHIPPING OFFER will have a $15 deduction to your refund.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 45 DAYS. IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED IN LESS THAN NEW CONDITION, YOUR RETURN WILL BE REJECTED. ITEMS RETURNED DAMAGED WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO YOU, AT YOUR EXPENSE.
A damaged product must be reported well with in 7 days of receipt. You
are responsible for shipping the returned items in all cases except for
damaged products, where we'll reimburse you for shipping.
Sorry, we do not accept returns on opened videos and a few
selected titles. As with industry standard, we do not accept returns for
most software titles.

make a return.
