Although we sometimes ship USPS or UPS, most orders are shipped via FedEx. Please include a street address since FedEx does not deliver to Post
Office Boxes.
We do ship international. If your country is not listed when checking out then we do not ship to your country.
Postage is calculated by the shopping cart.
If you are in need of an Overnight or 2nd Day Air Order, please contact
us to make sure the specific product is available for delivery within your
time frame.
All orders received before 9:30 am generally will ship the same day, except weekends. If you order on a weekend your order will ship the following business day. For example, if you order on Friday by 9:30 am and select Next Day Air, your item will arrive Monday morning (Saturday delivery is available, please call for details). If you were to order after 9:30 am, your items will be shipped the next business day and arrive Tuesday.
Some items within our store are special order items, meaning that they require preparation time. Some anatomical models that we supply require manufacturing before shipment. Some of the categories are affected by this lead time are generally items priced over $1000 including some skeletons, torso models, brain models and medical simulators. If you order one of these particular items we will contact you immediately and provide an estimated date of delivery.
